Your profile:
— legal residence in the United States, the presence of SSN required;
— knowledge of Russian language;
— serious approach to work;
— literate written speech;
— basic knowledge of computer office programs;
— ability to independently solve problems in the absence of the head;
— learning ability, self-discipline;
Your tasks:
— processing and analysis of information in the admin panel of Internet service (does
not require special knowledge, training);
— online customer support in Service LiveChat;
— check new customers and logging statistics;
— working with e-mail, Word, Excel, documentation, data bases;
— data processing program of the company (to pay for it is not necessary);
